We have extensive experience in the management of international procedures of alternative means of dispute resolution (ADR), which involve more than one jurisdiction or arbitral headquarters. We monitor and regularly advise on international commercial arbitration procedures, when required a high degree of sophistication in public or private international law.
Our arbitration team assists the customer before, during and after the arbitration. The services we provide, include: (i) the advice on the drafting of clauses arbitration and ADR mechanism design; (ii) negotiating with the opposing party before or during the procedure; (iii) requests for action precautionary related arbitral proceedings; and (iv) procedures for recognition, execution and annulment of arbitration awards.
